No access to Gym or equipment?…..No worries!

Are you in home isolation with no access to your gym and don’t have hundreds of pounds worth of exercise equipment stored away for such an occasion?

Are searching the internet for resistance bands, kettlebells, weights etc to no avail?

Are you worried about loosing the gains from months of hard work in the gym, putting on weight or just not getting that post gym session buzz?

Like many others as a Personal Trainer in Bury St Edmunds im on Lockdown. With my gym shut and having to stop my Boot camps I have no clients to train, nowhere to train myself and can feel my hand reaching for the biscuit tin….or so many think.

Many mistakenly assume we need a full home gym, a range of equipment and lots of space to train from our own homes. When in fact with just abit of knowledge you can use body weight exercises and no equipment to work all your major muscle groups hard! And the best of all of this is you can do it in your living room, kitchen, bedroom or even your bathroom if you wish

Here’s 10 basic body weight exercises to build strength, balance, flexibility, burn calories and raise your heart rate.

1 – Lunges – Quads, glutes and hamstrings

2- Push ups – chest, shoulders, triceps and abs

3- Squats – Quads, glutes, hamstrings, abs and calves

4- Burpees – arms, chest, quads, glutes, hamstrings and abs

5- Glute Bridge – Glutes, hamstrings and abs

6- Side Plank – abs, glutes, quads and hamstrings

7- Prone Pulldowns – Back, Biceps

8- Plank – abs, back and shoulders

9- Walkouts – Shoulders, abs, hamstrings and triceps

10- Crunch – abs

With modern technology we also dont have to miss out on our personal training sessions or Boot camps. There are many online PTs and online group workouts to be found. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or computer and a touch of courage or motivation to join.

We have launched virtual boot camps to replace our very popular outdoor ones…why not contact us to try it out! And best of all its only a voluntary payment of what you think its worth.
