Walsham Community Gym
We have our own gym to enhance the PT experience. With a full range of freeweights, cardio kit and functional strength kit, you can workout in a clean, safe and inspiring environment with no busy gym or waiting to use equipment.

The gym is open to the public also via a monthly membership. And being open 7 days a week, 6am to 10pm, its always available to you

Boot Camp
Try something new and get out of the gym. Boot camps are group sessions with a military style focus, providing a killer workout, in the fresh air with others.
Every Thursday evening at 6.15 pm and also Saturday at 9am at Walsham-le-Willows sports club

Obviously we would like for you to train with us everyday, but let’s be realistic, time and finances often prevent this.
But fear not. We can create a bespoke training plan for you to do whilst your not with us. It can be created to fit around your lifestyle, requirements and equipment and resources available.
