LES MILLS Virtual workouts combine world leading fitness programs with pumping music and motivation from some of the best instructors on the planet. Its a truly inspiring experience that drives amazing results – and we have it Walsham Gym.

Classes run from 6am to 10pm EVERY SINGLE DAY! With 11 different types of classes and run time from 30 to 60 mins you can always find the class you want, when you want it.

And with prices from £3.50 per class, we wont be beaten on experise, fun, engagement, sweat levels or cost.

RPM™ Virtual

A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping you spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

BODYPUMP™ Virtual

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. This addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. BODYCOMBAT™ Virtual

Prepare to totally unleash yourself in BODYCOMBAT, the empowering cardio workout. Supported by driving music and powerful instructors, you’ll strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYBALANCE™ Virtual

Les Mills BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that will leave you feeling centered and calm. With controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses, you’ll build strength and flexibility as you create a holistic workout, bringing the body into a state of harmony and balance.

GRIT Virtual

There are three different styles of this popular HIIT class. They are: Strength, Athletic and Cardio. As the names suggest, each one concentrates on a slightly different element, with the first concentrating on building strength and muscle, the second on athletic power, agility and speed, while the third is designed to boost cardiovascular fitness.

CORE Virtual

 

LES MILLS CORE is 360 degrees of pure core, but not as you know it. LES MILLS CORE is an innovative workout that will transform the muscles of your torso, hips, and glutes into a powerhouse of support for the rest of your body.

Scientifically tested to improve your stability, elevate speed, and assist with injury prevention, you will feel strong, agile and connected after each workout.

DANCE Virtual

It’s simple, just dance. This is a high-energy exploration of different dance styles. You learn new ways to move, get a seriously good cardio workout – and finish feeling energized, uplifted and full of joy.

The moves are easy to follow and the music drives energy. Each workout is anchored by three cardio peaks, a warm-up, and a cool-down. There are 10 stand-alone tracks, each providing the chance to start fresh with simple choreography

SPRINT Virtual

is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

BODYATTACK Virtual

Is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

BODYATTACK is a whole body workout that burns calories while toning and shaping. You’ll build stamina and our sports-inspired moves will improve your coordination and agility.

To book into these classes and experience a new way of working out couldn’t be easier.

  • Download the GymCatch app
  • Register
  • Select ‘Walsham Gym’ as fitness provider
  • You’ll then be able to see all the classes each day you can book into
  • You will have to add a payment card in ‘settings’ before and you will also have to sign the Wavier before you can book
  • Once done you can browse the classes and timetable and book away!
  • You will receive a confirmation email for each class booking then simply turn up at your allocated time and the class will commence.
  • Non gym members can only enter the Group fitness suite through the door on the side of the gym. They are not allowed to enter the gym.
